Salary; £25,000 – £30,000 per annum

Main responsibilities;

  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Updating customers on all actions taking
  • Liaise with different departments on a regular basis to ensure smooth communication
  • Update weekly reports
  • Handle complaints in a timely fashion and making sure customers are being updated regularly
  • General administration duties
  • Speaking to a variety of customers over the phone, email, webchat and social media platforms

Required;

  • Previous experience within a customer service role, handling complaints and difficult customers
  • Organised
  • Strong communicational skills
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Computer literate
  • Ideally have an understanding of IT sector (desirable)

Customer Service Administrator

Position; Customer Service Administrator

Location; Didcot

Salary; £21,000 – £26,000 per annum

Responsibilities;

  • Dealing with telephone & e-mail queries and working within agreed service level to respond to customer needs
  • Investigate & understand customer job-related queries and discussing with the appropriate department to achieve a resolution
  • Provide support to the Policy Holder/Customers throughout the claim, giving prompt and accurate advice.
  • Proactively reviewing claims to ensure continued progression
  • Support with Logistical operations: Arranging delivery and collection apportionments / internal transfers and according to requirements during periods of peak workload to maximise technician utilisation
  • Support with setting up new claims on internal systems
  • Liaising with internal operational departments to ensure smooth project management
  • Prioritising and organising your workload to ensure deadlines are adhered to
  • Updating and amending documents as necessary
  • Undertaking any ad hoc administrative tasks from all areas of the business
  • Updating customer database

Customer Service Advisor

Location; Didcot, Oxfordshire (Moving to Witney late 2021)

Salary; £21,000 – £23,000 per annum

Planet Recruitment are working with a fast growing company in Didcot who are growing their Customer Service team with 2/3 brand new positions. The company are also relocating to Witney into a brand new facility late 2021.

About the role;

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customers with confidence and delivering excellent communication whilst deliver high standards of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities;

  • Answers customer queries regarding products, services and sales promotions promptly via email, phone and web chat
  • Responding to customer emails professionally, within 24 hours
  • Accurately records and logs interaction with customers and updates account information on internal systems
  • Chasing and closing warm sales leads with confidence
  • Liaise with suppliers to achieve a positive outcome for our customers in relation to customer service issues/damages
  • Liaise with delivery teams to source accurate information for customer queries regarding current order status
  • Produce shipping quotes for international customers, while trying to find the most suitable, cost-effective price
  • Patiently and confidently deal with customer complaints
  • Actively aim to get 5* reviews from our happy customers
  • Sensitively communicate changes to customers’ orders and find a suitable alternative where required
  • Handle change of mind return requests, including dealing with the couriers

Essential experience;

  • Good level of written English and phone etiquette
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Experience dealing with a range of different customers
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • High attention to detail
