Financial Assistant

The Company;

Our client is an award winning packaging company that have been producing high quality control packaging systems for over 20 years, who due to rapid growth are now seeking to appoint a Financial assistant

The role;

As a financial assistant you will mainly be responsible assisting both the payable and recievable teams.

Main responsibilities;

  • Raising invoices with clients
  • Dealing with queries
  • Managing debtors
  • Managing online portals
  • Tax checks
  • Maintaining tracking spreadsheets

About you;

  • Experience working in a finance or accounts role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • a revelevant qualification such as an AAT level 2 or 3 would be an advantage


  • Flexible working hours
  • Hybrid working options after completion of training

Commutable locations;

Oxford, Long Crendon, Thame, Chilton, Aylesbury, Great Milton, Cowley, Blackbird Leys, Headington
