Role: Junior Contact Center Engineer (Telecoms/Voice)
Location: Remote – 1hour from Oxfordshire
Salary: £120 – £180 PD (6-12 month contract)

We are working with a company that are globally recognised in what they do and are helping millions of people around the world live a better life.
They are looking to add a Contact Center Engineer to their team on a 6-12month contract to help with Contact Center platform configuration, development, customization, integration, and technical documentation to ensure overall system performance, accessibility, and usability.
This role is perfect for a Junior IT Support/Network/Telecoms Engineer who is looking to looking to learn and develop within a great company.
Plenty of support and guidance will be given in this position.
To be considered for this position you must have experience of supporting one of the below:
- RingCentral
- MS Teams
- Cisco
- Genesys
- 8×8
Essential
- Strong communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Organised
Even though this is a remote position, you would need to be based 1 hour from Oxfordshire.
