Contracts manager
Planet Recruitment are currently recruiting a Contracts Manager to join our client.
Our client is seeking a Contracts Manager to deliver projects to the highest standard in an area stretching from Norfolk to North London to Cornwall.
This is a Hybrid Role, working from home and travelling across the UK required.
A company vehicle is provided.
Key resposibilites
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, and on budget, maintaining good relationships with our clients customer base.
Undertake Site Visits to carry out site surveys.
Undertake Site Visits to advise and supervise installations accordingly.
Attend site visits and assist with prestart meetings and issues. Provide guidance/support to the customer. Ensure the highest level of Health and Safety is adhered to on site, by employed labour and subcontract teams.
Manage client expectations and excellent communication.
Coordinate labour requirements with sub-contractors.
Experience and qualifications
5+ years’ experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
Full Driving License.
Familiar with Onsite practises and ways of working
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
