Position; Customer Success Representative
Location; Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Salary; £25,000 – £30,000 per annum
Planet Recruitment has recently registered an exciting brand-new opportunity for our client based in Milton Park (Abingdon), Oxfordshire area.
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Updating customers on all actions taking
- Liaise with different departments on a regular basis to ensure smooth communication
- Update weekly reports
- Handle complaints in a timely fashion and making sure customers are being updated regularly
- General administration duties
- Speaking to a variety of customers over the phone, email, webchat and social media platforms
- Previous experience within a customer service role, handling complaints and difficult customers
- Strong communicational skills
- Ability to manage own workload
- Computer literate
- Ideally have an understanding of IT sector (desirable)
