My client is a leading IT Sales company who due to exception growth in 2023 they are looking to grow their Account Managers team.
As an Account Managers you will be joining their current team of 4, working out of their Oxford based office.
As part of your remit (but limited to) you will be expected to
- Perform Outbound calls to potential new customer’s & Existing client base.
- Managing customer requirements
- Managing quotes, tenders, and contracts
- Must have a strong personality and be confident on the telephone.
- Must be able to build a rapport with customers.
- Able to work to target effectively and work in a pressurised environment.
- A mixed role between being internally based; however, will be encouraged to attend client meetings, events, and customer demonstrations to assist the sales process wherever required.
- Have previous account manager experience required (IT Sales experience would be preferred but not essential)
- A tenacious and positive attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed.
- Able to overcome customer objections.
The ideal candidate will have a naturally warm personality, with a desire to becoming the client’s trusted advisor, making the customer’s journey as efficient and smooth as possible.
Meeting customers’ needs first and fast is critical, along with making my client an easy and enjoyable company to deal with.
