Role: IT Support Engineer (Educational sector)
Location: Henley, Oxfordshire
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000
Hours: Mon – Fri – 8:30 am – 5:30pm
Profile
My client is a leading provider of independent education in the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a IT Support Engineer to their IT team where you will be based at a very well respected school in Henley.
The successful candidate with have a passion for IT and a strong work ethic. The role will include supporting the school at a 1st line level with some exposure to 2nd line work.
To be considered for this position it is essential you can drive as on occasion you will be needed to support schools in other areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Onsite hardware and software support
- 1st/2nd Line support
- Working with staff to understand and resolve issues within school
- Provide 1st class customer service and IT Support
Essential Skills
- Previously worked in a 1st line support position
- PC Hardware with experience of diagnosing problems
- Office 365
- AV Equipment
