Wheel Technician

Our client;

We are proud to be working alongside a prestigous alloy wheel specialist who due to continued growth are looking to add a mobile alloy wheel technician to their team.

Responsibilities;

  • Represent our team with a high passion for customer service
  • Work closely with the planning team on daily logistics
  • Carry out painted and diamond cut repairs on alloys
  • Perform quality checks
  • Use own initiative to help resolve any difficult situations
  • Manage stock levels
  • Document work log
  • Maintain the upkeep of the van and report any defects

About you;

  • Full clean UK driving licence held for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Experienced within smart repairs either in a bodyshop or mobile.
  • Previous experience removing/ refitting wheels to cars.
  • Previous experience using wet paint/ lacquer.

Quality Inspector

Position; QUALITY INSPECTOR
Location; Milton Keynes
Salary; £11.00 – £12.50 per hour

We require a driven, conscientious and articulate individual to join our client’s team in Milton Keynes, inspecting their products ensuring all quality procedures are meticulously performed to ensure all despatched goods are of the highest standard.

Main responsibilities;

  • Working closely with the Production team to ensure deadlines and targets are met for client orders
  • Attention to detail is paramount ensuring all quality practices and paperwork and completed
  • Checking products for their quality according to customer guidelines
  • Other Various warehouse responsibilities

The shifts will be Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm

About you;

Knowledge of Quality department procedures would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

Own transport would be an advantage but not essential.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Position; WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS MANAGER

Location; Milton Keynes

Salary; £35,000 – £40,000

Our client, a growing, forward-thinking business is looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee their Milton Keynes Operation, ensuring a full management of compliance, staff and operations is covered.

The role;

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised manager to join their team as a Warehouse Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving the daily operations of the warehouse and logistics operation. This role requires a tactical thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in warehouse management and logistics coordination.

Main responsibilities;

  • Efficiently manage all aspects of the warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
  • Implement and maintain streamlined processes to maximise space, ensuring timely shipment fulfilment and minimising errors.
  • Supervise and lead warehouse staff, provide training, evaluations, and enhancing a positive working environment.
  • Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to negotiate favourable terms and ensure on-time deliveries.

About you;

  • Applicants should have excellent Experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment, with a proven track record of effectively leading and managing teams.
  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach, leading from the front to ensure the operation runs to its highest efficiency.
  • Knowledge of working within a Bonded warehouse and proficient in the rules and regulations that comes with this.
  • Knowledgeable in warehouse health and safety requirements to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
  • Computer-proficient and adaptable to company software through provided training.

Required;

  • Preferred experience in E-commerce or in similar position.
  • Positive and self motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Knowledge of Bonded Warehouses and customs requirements on shipments etc
  • Flexibility of working hours, The operation runs from 8am until 8pm but you would work a standard day / 40 hour week. But some flexibility around busy times would be required.
