Our client;

Responsibilites;

  • Transferring vehicles on site (there is a significant amount of walking around the site involved).
  • Routine tasks e.g. fitting number plates, parking vehicles, processing keys.
  • Recording work activity using a mobile device.
  • Associated administration.
  • The occasional delivery of vehicles is required.

About you;

  • Clean driving licence is essential
  • A manual driving licence
  • Able to provide excellent customer service at all times

The role;

  • Hours are 7 to 5, 5 out of 7 days (Must be available for weekend work)

Fire Alarm Engineer

The role;

MIG Welder/Fabricator

The role;

– Fabricate and weld metal components according to blueprints and specifications
– Operate power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts
– Perform Mig welding to join metal pieces together
– Use basic math skills to measure and calculate dimensions
– Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
– Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Knowledge & skills;

– Proficient in Fabricating and welding of structural and architectural steelwork.

The Role;

  • Promptly attend and resolve breakdowns during assigned shift, returning equipment quickly to a useable/serviceable level to meet production, quality, cost and delivery targets.
  • Work with the Facilities Manager to setup preventative and routine maintenance plans and other documentation for all equipment, buildings and facilities.
  • Conduct all assigned preventive and routine maintenance activities to ensure equipment meets operating specification or requirements.
  • Confirm and sustain equipment and process capability
  • Mentor production staff in the performance of first line maintenance activities, periodically review staff, highlight deficiencies and retrain.
  • Identify opportunities for the improvement of equipment and facilities, reducing downtime, setup time and cost.
  • Assist management in the introduction and commissioning of new equipment including movement, positioning and the supply of services.

Skills & Experience Required;

  • Has experience in a similar role maintaining equipment in a high-volume, high pressure production environment
  • B-Tec HNC, HND level in an electrical and mechanical engineering subject.
  • 18 th edition wiring regulations
  • Working knowledge of PLC controllers including programming
  • Can read and understand electrical, pneumatic and mechanical drawings and schematics.
  • Working knowledge of electrical single or 3 phase system.
  • Can fault find on electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems.

Plant Service Engineer

The role;

Our Client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated mechanical and/or electrical engineer to handle the operation, maintenance, repair and service of plant machinery for the construction industry

Responsiblities;

  • Undertaking maintenance, service and repair of plant machinery e.g. dumpers, telehandlers, excavators etc
