The role;

The successful candidate will assist the Maintenance Manager with administration of electronic and hard copy records to facilitate compliance with legislative requirements of construction projects.

Main responsibilities;

  • Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to Maintenance Manager
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers
  • Monitor water testing records for compliance and areas of concern
  • Produce reports from PDA system on timesheets, stock etc
  • Collection and distribution of project data, job sheets, plans, tasks and information as required
  • Research potential problems and issues as directed
  • Photocopying, faxing and general office tasking
  • Control, assessment and filing of all invoices, purchase order forms and financial documentation relating to Maintenance Administration
  • Preparation of monthly reports and documentation Preparing new project, defect and maintenance files
  • Software set-up and data input
  • Document control and storage
  • Typing of letters, emails, faxes, memo’s etc in accordance with instructions from Management as required
  • Provide support to the Maintenance Manager as and when required
  • Any other tasks as requested by Management when required from time to time

Required;

  • Possess at least 2 years demonstrable proficiency in administration
  • Have a logical and systematic approach to problem solving
  • Be computer literate and confident using E-mail, Word and Excel
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritising to meet deadlines, juggling busy workload and multi-tasking
  • High attention to detail
  • Knowledge of construction compliance and legislation (desirable) or an understanding of property maintenance issues
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, construction and contract documentation
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and its practical application (including areas such as COSHH, working at height and manual handling)
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also someone who can work without direction

  • Ensure work area is always kept clean and tidy.

To be responsible for the sales of Specialised Cleaning and Decontamination Services for the department. The role has the responsibility for the retention of existing business but with the emphasis on delivery of new sales growth.

This role is predominantly about identifying and acquiring new clients but will include converting leads from other sales teams and departments. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in securing sales in a specialised commercial cleaning and decontamination environment.

Main responsibilities;

  • Communicate and develop relationships with existing customers to help grow the business.
  • Identify and establish new customers from a diverse range of industry sectors across the country in the sales of specialist cleaning and decontamination services.
  • To manage and gather information on all sales enquiries in a manner that fully satisfies the requirements of pre-acceptance.

We are looking for 3 Pickers / Packers to join our clients team based in Thame.

Shift is 8:30am/9am – 4:30pm/5pm Monday to Friday. It is a set shift and not rotational.

The Role;
  • You will be required to pick orders in an accurate and time efficient manner.

  • Have a good attention to detail, ensuring items and work is completed with minimal errors.

  • Packing of picked items ready for despatch and ensuring labels are printed and addressed to the correct items.
  • You must adhere to all aspects of health and safety and company guidelines.

About You;

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an Information Security improvement plan for the group.
  • Work with IT staff within the group to build on an existing information security program and ongoing security projects that address information security risks and compliance requirements.
  • Recommend, coordinate and where appropriate, implement agreed technical controls.
  • Be responsible for decisions regarding operational activities in relation to Information Security improvement within the group.
  • Work with the Head of IT and College governance structures to create and maintain security policies.
  • Monitor and report on compliance with security policies, as well as the enforcement of policies.

  • Working technical knowledge in broad domains of IT infrastructure such as data networks, server and desktop hardware and operating systems, storage and backups, and related monitoring and management systems.
  • Demonstrable experience of applying security controls in one or more of the following areas: Unix/Linux Servers, Windows servers, firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, WAF, Wi-Fi, mobile security, Data Loss Prevention, digital certificates, encryption and authentication techniques, forensics, and LAN / WANs.
  • Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorisation, and security.
